Having uninstalled Illustrator CS4 and installed it again, it now works. For now. I have no confidence in it staying in this state.

Not impressed by the fact that Illustrator CS4 just refuses to launch demanding to be re-installed. FFS Adobe.

Oh Adobe. Seriously. The CS3 icons were a trainwreck, and you hade to make the CS4 ones worse. Get your box designers to do your icons.

Starting the CS4 installer. How do I know I’m going to regret not just staying with a working CS3 install?

Darn it, I wish I’d know about Northern Voice.

Every now and then I notice the hueyPRO doing it’s scanning thing and I think “holy crap, its alive and knows I’m here… I should run now”

A boxed copy of CS4 seems to have landed on my desk. I’m not complaining.

Just noticed from my capture, King of the Hill was 16:9 tonight. (can’t tell if it’s HD as everythings 1080i by the time I get the mpeg2 ts)

Crap. Database server out of disk. On a Saturday afternoon. Bad database server. (grumble grumble 115GB grumble grumble)
